Each Tuesday, the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) will be unveiling a collection of resources drawn from the Smithsonian National Museum of American History and the EDSITEment program. Each week will feature a collection of resources on a different topic for Taking a Stand in History. This resource (which includes including artifacts, portraits, videos, and websites) is not comprehensive collection; instead, it provides a launching point further research. Topics include the Revolutionary War (9/27), the Women’s Rights Movement (10/5), the Abolitionists (10/12), and the Civil Rights Era (10/17).   This collection was created in collaboration with EDSITEment, a website for K-12 educators from the National Endowment for the Humanities.
