This is the PDF document is the NATIONAL RULE BOOK (NHD 2015);
the one your child will be given is the CA [STATE] RULE BOOK that we
will use at the county level. (The state level rulebook will be distributed soon...)
The national rulebook can be referred to,
however, please do not abide by everything in the NATIONAL Rule Book as
the STATE level guidelines are what we will adhere to for the COUNTY as well as the STATE competition [in the event that
state and national rules conflict].
